Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production starts. If you change your mind after design images are completed, then no further payments will be collected.

Jewelry and Cabochons purchased from the shop may be returned up to 15 days from delivery date. Please submit return form and a return label will be emailed to you. Refunds minus shipping will be submitted upon return of jewelry in the same condition it was originally.

In the event any jewelry arrives damaged and you would like it repaired, it is important to submit a Damage Upon Delivery Form on the date of delivery with a photo of damaged item so that it can be 100% covered with repair. I will email you with the necessary return label and once repaired the same item will be mailed back to you.
