Design: After making a non-refundable $50 deposit to start your order- You will receive detailed concepts that I have put together based on your vision.
Crafting and Delivery: Once design is approved you pay the balance due and we handcraft your ring in the USA, offering free shipping and a lifetime warranty.
Deposit and Design:
A $50 non-refundable deposit, the custom order process, including digital renders and one design modification. This deposit is applied to your final purchase.
Non-Refundable Payments:
Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production starts. If you change your mind after design images are completed, then no further payments will be collected
Satisfaction Guarantee:
I aim for your 100% satisfaction. Please allow 3-5 days for designing and creating the concept designs. After your approval and final payment, production takes about 2-3 weeks.
